Hi There, I'm Ade Ashaye
I'm the C.E.O of It's Time Fitness and your holistic health coach for the Fabulously Fit Program. Everyone has a journey as you can see in my before picture from 2007. I didn't get serious with my eating healthy till 2014 after I decided to be a Holistic Health Coach. After my weightloss experience, losing over 30 pounds which I had gained when life happened, about 12 years ago, I dived into the world of fitness to keep the weight off.
Now when I look back, it amazes me how far I've come. Not by my power but God working His purpose in me.
